It's been 2 weeks...

and the basement is framed, we have a floor and by the end of the day a back wall!!!!!!  We are so excited to watch our home taking shape!

 

Campbell and I saw this during our first trip out mid morning!

and by the end of the day we had a back wall up!

from l to r- master window, sliding glass door, window, fireplace, window, kid bedroom window

two bedrooms downstairs- 9 foot ceilings look great!

a week and a half and already this!

We have a floor!  A few work-in-progress pictures and then a few from the end of the day when we could walk on it! Plan to backfill tomorrow and start framing on Thursday!!!

 

 

Day 5--- black seal and plumbing

Today they put the stinky black seal around the lower portion and did something to make the plumbing in the basement more official and ready for a floor to be poured.

Day 4--- walls again!

Today the forms or whatever they're called came off!  We officially have walls!

And our monkeys hanging at the park later that evening!  Blurry with my phone camera- they don't stand still for long!
